Thank you for shopping with Two Cities. We hope you love your new jewelry. If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, we are here to help.
Refund and Exchange Period
You have 14 days from the date of delivery to request a refund or exchange.
Eligibility Criteria
To be eligible for a refund or exchange:
1. Items must be unused and in the same condition that you received them.
2. Items must be in the original packaging.
3. You must provide a receipt or proof of purchase (order number).
Non-Refundable Items
1. Item on sale or clearance. This includes any flash sales such as Black Friday, Anniversary sales etc.
2. Gift cards.
3. Any items purchased during Flash Sales such as, but not limited to: Black Friday, Anniversary Sales, or purchases with a discount code is only eligible to be returned for Store Credit.
How to Request a Refund or Exchange
1. Contact our customer service team at info@twocities.co within 14 days of delivery.
2. Provide your order number, details of the product, and the reason for the return or exchange.
3. Our team will provide you with a return authorization and instructions on how to send your item back.
Shipping Costs
1. You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. Please ensure to get tracking as we are not responsible for lost or damaged packages.
2. Cost of original shipping is non-refundable
Processing Time
1. Once we receive your returned item, we will inspect it and notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund or exchange.
2. If approved, your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your original method of payment within 7-10 business days.
Exchanges
If you need to exchange an item for the same product, contact us at info@twocities.co. We will provide you with further instructions on the exchange process.
Damaged or Defective Items
If you receive a damaged or defective item, please contact us immediately at info@twocities.co with photos of the damage or defect. We will work with you to resolve the issue promptly.
